SAT MAY 2 & SUN MAY 3 at OCONEE CIVIC CENTER in Watkinsville (Directions HERE)
👯♀️ REHEARSALS
Younger classes (💜 PreBallet 🩷 Petite 💙 Primary) CHECK IN TO THE THEATER 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THIER SHOW. They will have their “dress rehearsal” at the studio (prior to recital weekend: details TBA)
Older classes (🖤 Elementary, 🩰 Comprehensive A/B, PreTeen/Teen, 🎭 Musical Theater) CHECK INTO THEATER AT TIME LISTED FOR THEIR CLASS for a brief Dress rehearsal. This rehearsal is MANDATORY to perform in the show. This is a “Closed” rehearsal (no viewing, except for parent chaperones)
Company & Ensemble members have additional rehearsals (See below)
🎭 RECITAL DETAILS
🎫 Upon check in you will Receive a “Dance Card” which is used to retrieve your dancer after the show. (This is NOT a ticket )
🎭 THEATER OPENS FOR SEATING 30 MIN PRIOR TO EACH SHOW.
🎟️ TICKETS - Everyone in a seat must have a ticket to watch the show. Lap children (Age 1-3) do not need a ticket IF remaining on a parents lap the entirety of the performance. All tickets are reserved seating (you pick your seats when you order) ALL TICKETS SOLD ONLINE ($20) HERE
📸 MEDIA POLICY / THEATER ETIQUETTE- At a live theater performance, it is considered rude to film or Use Flash Photography during the performance. Phone screens are very distracting to dancers onstage, as well as annoying to those sitting nearby in the audience. We kindly ask everyone keep cell phones / cameras turned off & tucked away for entirety of Sundays show.

🚙 DISMISSAL (DANCER PICK UP)
After the show/rehearsal, ONE parent per family (holding the “dance card”) will remain in the theater, while the rest of the audience exits. that parent will be called to the stage (by class) to collect their dancers and exit through the back hallway to the Parking lot where they you will meet up with the rest of your party. If you have other Costumes you will collect them from the racks as you exit. DANCER & FAMILIES MAY NOT LINGER OR RETURN TO THE THEATER, as we have very little time to prepare for the next rehearsal/show.
