Heres how it works:
Photos will be taken @ BAC in Studio C (Suite 6 around the Back of building)
Book Your Individual or Sibling Photo session online with a $45 Sitting Fee (Non-Refundable)
Receive a $45 Coupon Code at your appointment to use towards your Prints. this code can be used for single prints or packages. If you book more than one session you will receive a $45 coupon code for each session.
Your 10 min session will include 3 poses (in oNE costume) you will be able to View and pick your 3 pictures at your Session. Once edited, Your 3 pictures will be posted on an online gallery for you to purchase. You can mix-n-match your pictures to create a package. Students wanting pictures in more than one costume are welcome to book Additional sessions (Additional sitting fee applies)
SIBLINGS: May book 1 session and split the 3 poses between dancers (or pose all together) - or may book additional sessions to have more poses (Additional Sitting fee applies)
TIPS FOR YOUR PHOTO DAY
Be On Time! Arrive “Camera Ready” 5 min prior to your RECITAL COSTUME, HAIR IN BUN and MAKE UP (optional). Appointments run every 1O min -. if you are not there when your appointment is called we will move on to the next person and fit you in later.
Poses! BAC staff will be there to help pose dancers. Older/Experienced dancers are encouraged to come with their own pose Ideas - please practice the pose ahead of time and be sure you can perform It confidently, Quickly and correctly. BAC reserved the right to decline poses if they feel they are unsafe or if they do not well represent the dancer or The studio
POLICIES
SITTING FEES are non-refundable and non-transferable.
COUPON CODES Must be used by their expiration date. Expired / Unused Coupon codes cannot be refunded noR used towards future years pictures. Unused codes from last year cannot be used towards this year’s pictures. Coupon codes can only be redeemed on the photographErs website.
MODEL RELEASE FORM signed by the parent/legal guardian of the participant is required. The form is provided on this site when you book your appointment (HERE)
RESCHEDULING - If you need to re-schedule your appointment - you may do so ONLINE ON THE BOOKING SITE (HERE) with no penalty or additional fee (up to 24 hrs prior to your time)
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so ONLINE ON THE BOOKING SITE (HERE) at least one week prior to your appointment.
** NO SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS will lose thier Sitting Fee ***
STAGE PICTURES
Love Dove Photography will also be at the theater shooting classes onstage at the dress rehearsal. All photos will be placed on an online gallery for parent to view and purchase from.
