🎭 PRODUCTION FEE: (Due Upon Enrollment) Countless hours of labor goes into creating a production before a dancer even steps foot in the studio! From script writing, music selection & editing, costume research and selection, rehearsal schedule, choreography & staging, lighting design, props, sets, casting, music licensing, insurance, webpage designs, ticket sales set up, playbill, etc.. Your production fees cover all the unseen labor necessary for a polished and organized performance.
👯♀️ REHEARSAL FEE: (Auto-drafted on June 1) Depending on Age /Level, Students will rehearse 9 - 25+ hours at the studio, plus an addition dress rehearsal time on the stage. Your Rehearsal fee covers wages for our incredible staff. Additionally your fee goes towards the use of our facilities for rent and utilities (electricity, AC, wifi, water, etc)
👗 COSTUME FEE or RENTAL FEE: (Due Upon Enrollment) Costume fees allow us to purchase a gorgeous, brand new costume for your dancer for the show! Costumes are yours to keep after the show! A COSTUME RENTAL (Applies to Company students in place of a costume fee) This covers the use, cleaning and maintenance to borrow a costume from our inventory or one we purchase for this Production but wish to keep for future Performances. Costumes are collected at the end of the show.
🎟️ TICKETS - (onsale in June) Ticket sales cover the cost of the theater rental for all hours needed show day. From early morning load in, blocking rehearsal, dress rehearsal, 2 performances and post show clean up and load out! Tickets also cover staff wages including , stage hands, light/sound technicians and all other theatre related costs.
