2025 CHRISTMAS PARADE

“A Country Christmas”

All fULL SEASON Students are invited to Join BAC in the Jefferson Christmas Parade!! Our group will be presenting a “Country Christmas” theme!

DOWNTOWN JEFFERSON (line up begins at 10)

OUR SPRING RECITAL THEME WILL BE REVEALED AT THE PARADE!

COST TO PARTICIPATE: $35 (Nonrefundable) Covers:

  • PARADE SHIRT (Required for students to participate)

  • SHIPPING (to your house)

  • STUDIO STAFF (wages to organize & attend)

  • MUSIC, SPEAKERS, ETC

    WE NEED:

  • Marchers / Candy Throwers

  • Jazz Dancers in levels: Comprehensive, Pre/Teen, Ensemble, Company

  • Parent Chaperones!

*Parade Shirts are MANDATORY for students to participate, Shirts Cannot be obtained after Nov 3.

FUN FOR ALL AGE fULL SEASON STUDENTS!

  • Students in LEVELS: 💜PRE-BALLET 🩷PETITE 💙PRIMARY

    • WALK WITH PARENT: March & Throw candy!

    • A parent is required to walk with their Pre-Ballet, Petite, or Primary level student.

    • The city DOESN’T allow strollers or wagons in the parade, all children Must be able to walk the route (swimming pool Road to Civic Center)

    • Parade shirts are required for students to participate (optional for parents walking)

    • Bring a bag of candy (optional) to throw to the crowd.

  • Students in LEVELS: 🖤 ELEMENTARY 🎭 M. THEATER 🩰 PRE/TEEN BALLET

    • MARCH & THROW CANDY! We will also need 4 Students to carry our banners!

    • Parade shirts are required for students to participate (optional for parent chaperones)

    • A parent volunteer will be Assigned to be a “group Chaperone” to walk with these groups.

    • Bring a bag of candy (optional) to throw to the crowd!

  • Students in LEVELS: 👯‍♀️ PRE/TEEN JAZZ ⭐️ COMP A/B 🌟 ENSEMBLE

    • pERFORM JAZZ DANCE:

    • Students will Learn an upbeat Routine during Jazz class To perform periodically along the parade route.

    • Parade shirts are required for students to participate (optional for parent chaperones)

    • A parent volunteer will be Assigned to be a “group Chaperone” to walk with these groups.

  • Students in LEVELS: 🤩 SENIOR & ENCORE COMPANY

    • pERFORM JAZZ DANCE:

    • Students will Learn an upbeat Routine In class To perform periodically along the parade route.

    • Company member will wear Provided costumes (Parade shirts not needed)

    • A parent volunteer will be Assigned to be a “group Chaperone” to walk with these groups.

  • 👫 GROUP CHAPERONES (Parent Parade Squad) :  

    • Parent volunteers needed to walk with Elementary, Theater, Pre/Teen, Ensemble, Company

    • ONLY BAC registered Students and Parents can March with us. We kindly ask all siblings, friends and relatives to support us from the sidelines (not march). 

    • Chaperones may purchase a parade shirt to walk in (or wear festive attire to match Students)

    • Chaperones May bring a bag of candy to throw (optional)!

    • SIGN UP to be a group chaperone in your parent portal (use your childs name to register in the chaperone group)

💃 PARADE DRESS CODE (For sTUDENTS)

  • 👚 Students Must Wear The above PARADE SHIRT to Participate. Order carefully, all sales are final.

  • 🏠 Your Shirt will be shipped to your home before the parade.

  • 👖PANTS: Participants must supply their own solid black dance/yoga pants or leggings (no colors or embellishments)

  • 👟SHOES: Wear comfortable sneakers

  • 👱‍♀️HAIR: in a bun, no bows or Embellishments (our goal is to all look the same)

  • 🌤️WEATHER: Dress appropriate for the weather but don’t wear anything over your shirt. (bundle up under your parade shirt) Also keep in mind, we break a sweat once we start Marching/ dancing !
