Dance Fitness 

Adult Classes

GET IN SHAPE BY SPRING BREAK! 

This 6-week Dance Fitness class include:

  • toning & sculpting exercises at the Ballet Barre

  • Fun dance combinations to get the heart rate up

  • cool down stretch for increased flexibility

 

SPRING SESSION: FEB 21 - MAR 28

Take ONCE or tWICE a week (for 6 weeks) 

WEDNESDAYS - 6:45-7:45 pm (6 weeks) FEB 21 - MAR 28  

SATURDAYS - 9:30-10:30 am (6 Weeks) FEB 24 - MAR 31

 

RATES: 6 WEEK SESSION

****EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT ****

  • $50: (6 Classes) 1 Class per week (Choose Wed OR Sat) 

  • $100: (12 Classes) 2 Classes Per Week (Wed AND Sat)

Must Enroll By Jan 31, 2018 for the Discount Rate

Full Tuition will be charged to Card on File upon Registration

 Enroll after Feb 1: $65 One Class/Week / $130 Two Classes/Week 

 

REQUIREMENTS!

  • No Prior Dance Experience needed!!

  • BRING: Your own YOGA MAT & WATER

  • Please wear Activewear (Clothing that allows for movement)

  • Socks, Bare feet, Ballet or Jazz shoes  

  • Inform Instructor of any known Ailments before class

  •
