Parties

MAKE YOUR NEXT BIRTHDAY  A DANCE PARTY!!!

Each 90 minute party includes a professional dance instructor leading the participants in Dance, Drama and Arts activities. All decorations and paper products are included. A safe, clean environment is provided for creative activities, opening presents, and enjoying refreshments. Depending on the participants age, a variety of themes are available to choose from. We will even work with you to design your own theme! Decorations and activities will be planned according to your choice and will be ready for your arrival (and cleaned up for you afterward!)

YOU PROVIDE THE FOOD! WE PROVIDE THE FUN!!

RATES: Your rate is determined by the party size chosen upon reservation.

$150  SMALL (5-10 Guests)

$200  MEDIUM (11-15 Guests)

$250 LARGE (16-20 Guests)

$300 X-LARGE (21-25 Guests)

You may change your party size, theme or time by contacting the studio at least 7 days prior to the event.  Changes cannot be made the week or day of the party.

 

BOOKING YOUR PARTY!

Parties can be booked on Fridays or Saturdays. You should plan to book your party 4-6 weeks in advance. To book your party:

1.  Contact the studio via email to verify  a date and time for your party. Once a date and time has been agreed upon,  you have 7 days to complete your reservation as described below.

2. Download our PARTY RESERVATION form on our home page (listed under “Parent Downloads on the right) Carefully read all the party policies . Select a theme and party size for your event and include the agreed upon date & time. Please scroll down to  see our Party Policies and Theme Descriptions.

3. Your reservation will be complete when we receive your completed form (including your party size & theme) with a $25 non-refundable deposit.  You may make changes to your form (Party size , theme, time) up to 1 week prior to the event. The remaining of your bill is due upon engagement. The party rate cannot be reduced  if less participants attend the day of the event.

4. Email us one week prior to let us know what you need for paper ware (plates, bowls, spoons, etc..)  Keep in mind we do NOT have a refrigerator, so you may consider bringing a cooler for any cold items!

THAT’S IT! The studio will be decorated and ready for your arrival! Simply show up 15 minutes prior to event to set up your food.

THEMES

ROCKIN’ TOTS (Ages 2-4) This party is designed for parent participation. A professional dance instructor will lead each parent & tot team to move, groove, sing and dance together! This high energy party consists of 40 min of creative movement, props, instruments, bubbles, balls, hoops, dress up clothes and more!  CINDERELLA / PRINCESS (Ages 3-8) Come join our royal court! Invites your guests to come in their best ball gown! This party includes Dance and Drama activities as well as crafts, props, dress up costumes, games and more! UNDER THE SEA (Ages 3-8) Have an adventure with “Ariel” and friends as we swim, splash and spin in an underwater ballet! Party includes Dance, Drama, Crafts, Dress up Costumes and more! BARBIE BALLET or ANGELINA BALLERINA (Ages 3-8) See what its like to be a real ballerina! Choose your favorite ballet character (Barbie or Angelina) and get ready to join them as we learn how to stretch, warm up and learn Ballet steps like a real dancer! Party includes dance, dressing up in costumes, crafts, games and drama activities FAIRY GARDEN (Ages 3-8) Oh No! Someone captured the unicorn from Fairyland! Join us on a dance adventure! Each little fairy will design a crown, dress up in a beautiful costume and learn how to dance like a fairy! Finally the fairies will work together to rescue the unicorn! HAWAIIAN LUAU (Ages 8-12) Invite your guests to come in their favorite beach clothes to enjoy this tropical party! Guests will boogie down to fun beach tunes, do the Limbo and even learn a hula dance! Party includes tons of fun”beach” games and activities! DRAMA QUEENS! (Ages 8-12) For the aspiring actress in your family! Explore theater activities using costumes, props and plenty of imagination! Party includes dance and drama games! Hollywood here we come! HIP-HOP DANCE PARTY (8-up) Come learn some of the hippest dance moves to your favorite tunes! Join inas we warm up and learn funky hip-hop routine and strut your diva stuff in some fun dance games! Dress up in costumes and perform at the end! This high energy party will surely be a hit! PARTY THEMES CAN BE ADAPTED FOR YOUNGER / OLDER CHILDREN UPON REQUEST! HAVE YOUR OWN THEME IDEA? LET US KNOW! PARTY POLICIES:

* A $25 nonrefundable deposit and completed reservation form is required to hold your date. Changes to your party size, theme, time or date must be approved at least 1 week prior to the event.

* Parties are 90 minutes.We ask your assistance to vacate your guests in a timely fashion. An additional $25 will be charged for every $15 minutes the party runs over your alloted 90 min. To rent the studio for additional time it must be arranged ahead of time. ($50 per hour)

* An Instructor is provided for the first hour. (Activity time may vary depending on number of guests) Parents are responsible for guests during refreshments and gift opening.

* All decorations, craft supplies, paper products (plates, cups, utensils), party activities, set  up and clean up are included. Food is not provided. You may bring refreshments of your choice.

* Guests may wear costumes, dancewear, or comfortable clothing. Only dance shoes, bare feet or socks are permitted in the dance room: space is provided for street shoes and personal belongings

* Broadway Arts Center is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries sustained or diseases contracted while participating in activities.

* A clean, comfortable waiting room is provided for parents of guests that stay for the party
